The jam itself
What makes Jam by Josh different?
Jam by Josh is made by hand in small batches using real fruit and none of the stuff you can’t pronounce. No fillers. No shortcuts. No anti-foaming agents like the big guys use. Just good, honest jam — the way it should be.
Do you use any preservatives or artificial ingredients
Nope. Everything I make is free from preservatives, dyes, or anything artificial. It’s just fruit, sugar, pectin, and citric acid. Simple and real.
How old does the jam last
Unopened jars are shelf-stable for about 18 months. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and enjoy within 3 months (though let’s be honest — it probably won’t last that long).
Does your jam need to be refrigerated?
Yes — after opening, pop it in the fridge. Before that, you can keep it in your pantry or cupboard.
Orders and Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive 5-7 after the initial order. If there’s ever a delay, you’ll hear from me directly.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on your location and order size — it’s calculated at checkout. But flat rate starts at $6.95 and shipping is free on orders over $35 (excluding gift baskets)
Can I send jam as a gift?
Definitely. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Prices won’t be included in the box, and you can add a note too.
What if my jam arrives damaged?
That’s super rare, but if it happens, email me at Josh@JambyjoshCLE.com with a photo and your order number. I’ll make it right.
